These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Beauty Boss Academy website (the "Website") owned and operated by Beauty Boss Her Quarters ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Website.
2. Use of the Website
2.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website. If you are under 18, you may only use the Website with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2.2 User Accounts: To access certain features of the Website, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are liable for any activities that occur under your account.

3. Course Enrolment and Payment
3.1 Course Registration: By enroling in courses offered on the website, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions specific to each course, including but not limited to attendance, participation, and completion requirements.
3.2 Payment: You agree to pay the fees associated with course enrolment and any other products or services you purchase through the Website. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers, and you acknowledge that we are not responsible for any payment-related issues.
4. Course Refunds and transfers
4.1 Course Refunds: Courses for which we have already sent you a Booking Confirmation may not be cancelled by you without you forfeiting the deposit you will have already paid. The booking deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable (except with our express written consent). Additionally, we reserve the right to charge you for the balance of the Course fees if we cannot fill your place with another student unless you have given us a minimum of 7 days' notice of your cancellation prior to the first day of the Course.
4.2 Course Transfers: In circumstances where we have to cancel a Course you may either request to have your booking transferred to another date or request a refund of the price that you have paid for the cancelled Course.
4.3 Components Of Kits: Education kits are subject to change. Kits will always come with added value and at an exclusive price to our students. Merchandise and salon marketing material sent to us by our supplier is only offered as ‘extras’ if they are in stock. They are not open-stock items.
4.4 Certification Of Course: Certificates can take anything up to 4 weeks to be sent. It is usually a lot sooner than this, and often only reaches this time frame when going through busy periods. Occasionally, certificates may be dispatched along with your goods (kits) but this is very much down to parcel size, and time of booking.
5. Delivery and performance of our courses
5.1 The delivery: The delivery of Courses will be made with reasonable care and skill from the location set out in the Booking Confirmation.
5.2 The course date: The date on which the course will take place is as set out in the Booking Confirmation.
5.3 Intellectual property rights: All intellectual property rights that subsist in any Course material that we provide to you belongs to us or our educators.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership: All content and materials provided on the Website, including text, graphics, images, videos, and course materials, are the intellectual property of Beauty Boss Her Quarters or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the Website's content without our explicit written consent.
6.2 User Submissions: Any content you submit to the Website, including reviews, comments, or suggestions, grants us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display the content for any purpose.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
